How Our Newest Program--MoveAbility--Can Help
Provide a Structured Plan
We have 10 groups focusing on the joints of the upper body (neck, spine, shoulders, elbows, wrists) and 10 focusing on the joints of the lower body (hips, knees, patella, ankles, toes). Choose whether you want to focus on your upper body or your lower body and select your group accordingly. Then follow our systematic and structured program over the next 12 weeks to progressively address each of the body's major joint systems in those areas.
Improve Your Movement
Your semi-private group will meet every other week to open joint capsules and discover new methods of increasing your active range of motion and building strength across your expanded range in the major joint systems of the upper or lower body. Master simple exercises that you will do between sessions to continue to increase your range of motion and better connect your mind to your body.

If you follow the program, you will see improvement. Guaranteed. You will increase your joint flexibility and range of motion, be able to control your body better, lift heavier weights with good form, reduce risk of injury, and generally be able to do whatever activities you want to do in life.
This 12 week program starts in September. We have 20 semi-private group sessions available, with 4 spots in each small group. (We need a minimum of 3 people to make a group happen.) Select your group based on your availability and what joints you'd like to focus on.
The 10 groups starting the week of September 9th will focus on the joints of the upper body: neck, spine, shoulders, elbows, and wrists.
The 10 groups starting the week of September 16th will focus on the joints of the lower body: hips, knees, patella, ankles, and toes.
Your small group will meet every other week for 12 weeks with Brent Berger, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.
You will work systematically through the joints of either the upper body or the lower body (depending on the group that you select) to open joint capsules, improve your active range of motion, and increase strength and movement capacity in your expanded range.
IMPORTANT: This program requires that you take a few minutes each day to continue your progress on your own, at home. It won't take a lot of time--10 minutes a day or so--but those 10 minutes are critical. You will not benefit much from the program if you're not able to do some work on your own.
