How Our Newest Program--MoveAbility--Can Help

Provide a Structured Plan



We have 2 groups focusing on the joints of the upper body (neck, spine, shoulders, elbows, wrists) and 2 focusing on the joints of the lower body (hips, knees, ankles, toes). Choose whether you want to focus on your upper body or your lower body and select your group accordingly. Then follow our systematic and structured program in 6 weekly sessions to progressively address each of the body's major joint systems in those areas.

Improve Your Movement



Your semi-private group will meet every week to open joint capsules and discover new methods of increasing your active range of motion and building strength across your expanded range in the major joint systems of the upper or lower body. Master simple exercises that you will do between sessions to continue to increase your range of motion and better connect your mind to your body. We provide video tutorials to support each session and help you continue your progress at home.

If you follow the program and do the daily "homework" between sessions, you will see improvement. Guaranteed. You will increase your joint flexibility and range of motion, be able to control your body better, lift heavier weights with good form, reduce risk of injury, and generally be able to do whatever activities you want to do in life.


How It Works

This program starts in January. We have 4 semi-private group sessions available, with 3 spots in each small group. (We need a minimum of 2 people to make a group happen.) Select your group based on your availability and what joints you'd like to focus on.


All January MoveAbility clients are invited to attend a group program launch session on Saturday, January 4th, at 8:30 am. This session will get everyone on the same page with the fundamental movements and pre-session homework.


All 4 groups start small group sessions the week of January 13th. Two will focus on the joints of the upper body: neck, spine, shoulders, elbows, and wrists. Two will focus on the joints of the lower body: hips, knees, ankles, and toes.


Your small group will meet 6 times, weekly, with Brent Berger, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.


You will work systematically through the joints of either the upper body or the lower body (depending on the group that you select) to open joint capsules, improve your active range of motion, and increase strength and movement capacity in your expanded range.


IMPORTANT: This program requires that you take a few minutes each day to continue your progress on your own, at home. It won't take a lot of time--10 minutes a day or so--but those 10 minutes are critical. You will not benefit much from the program if you're not able to do some work on your own.


How You Sign Up

Sign up in three simple steps!

  1. Fill out the form below to express your interest. This does NOT commit you to the program. However, this will put you on the list of people that we will contact if we open up new time slots, etc, if one of the time slots that we are offering now does not work for you.
  2. Check the calendars (on the next page, after filling out the form) to see if any of our current openings work for you. There is one calendar for Upper Body and one for Lower Body. Select your group based on your availability and what joints you would like to focus on.
  3. PLEASE NOTE: This will be the time slot that you will stick with every week for 6 weeks.
  4. PLEASE NOTE: Because these are semi-private small group sessions (2-3 people), we cannot reschedule if you cannot make one of the sessions. Please check your calendar carefully before signing up.
  5. We must have a minimum of 2 clients in a group to keep it on the schedule. If we do not fill up your group, we will try to find a different time slot that works for you.
  6. If none of the dates works for you, we will keep your name on the early notification list for when we open up new time slots.
